You buy credits upfront in whatever quantity you need, and they are deducted automatically as you track. There are no subscription fees, no recurring charges, and no monthly minimums. You pay only for the lookups you actually perform.
Never. Credits you purchase remain valid in your account indefinitely. Whether you track 100 shipments a day or 3 a month, your credit balance carries over with no time limit. This makes TruShipy particularly useful for freight teams with variable or seasonal shipping volumes.
Yes. Credits are pooled at the account level, so every team member within your organisation draws from the same shared balance. You do not need to allocate or transfer credits between users — anyone on your account can run lookups and the credit is deducted from the central pool.
One lookup is one query against a live carrier API: a single container number, one Bill of Lading, or one vessel MMSI. If a BOL has multiple containers, all of those containers are returned in a single lookup for 1 credit — you are not charged per container within a BOL result. Revisiting a saved tracking result in your dashboard does not cost additional credits.
