Our Carrier Network

Global coverage across every major ocean carrier

TruShipy connects directly to the APIs of the world's leading shipping lines, giving you accurate, real-time tracking data for containers, vessels, and Bills of Lading. Our integrations span Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and South Asia — ensuring that wherever your cargo moves, you have full visibility at every port call and voyage milestone.

Supported carriers include the world's largest ocean freight operators: Maersk, MSC (Mediterranean Shipping Company), CMA CGM, COSCO, Hapag-Lloyd, Evergreen, ONE (Ocean Network Express), Yang Ming, HMM, Zim, PIL, and OOCL, among many others. Together these carriers represent the vast majority of global container shipping capacity across Asia-Europe, Transpacific, and Asia-Americas trade lanes.

In addition to shipping lines, TruShipy recognises thousands of container prefixes — the four-character owner codes that identify every ISO container worldwide. When you enter a container number, TruShipy reads the prefix to automatically route your query to the correct carrier API, so you never need to know which shipping line owns a container before tracking it.

Frequently Asked

Carrier coverage questions

Common questions about our supported shipping lines, container prefixes, and global coverage.

TruShipy integrates with all major ocean carriers including Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, COSCO, Hapag-Lloyd, Evergreen, ONE, Yang Ming, HMM, Zim, PIL, OOCL, and many more regional carriers. We continuously expand our carrier coverage — new carriers are added regularly based on user demand.

A container prefix is the first four characters of an ISO container number — for example, MSCU in MSCU9091004. These characters identify the container's registered owner or lessee. TruShipy recognises thousands of container prefixes, enabling automatic carrier identification and routing your tracking query to the correct carrier API without any manual input from you.

Yes. TruShipy tracks containers across all major global trade lanes — Asia-Pacific, Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, and South Asia. As long as the carrier operating the container is in our supported list, your container can be tracked regardless of where in the world it is currently located, whether at sea, at a transshipment hub, or in a destination port.

TruShipy pulls data directly from carrier APIs at the moment you submit a lookup. Every result reflects what the carrier's system reports at that exact instant — there is no caching of event data. ETAs, port events, departure confirmations, and vessel positions are always the most current information available from the carrier.

If your carrier is not currently supported, contact us at [email protected]. We prioritise adding new carriers based on user demand, and many of our existing integrations were added at the direct request of freight professionals. We will assess the integration and keep you informed of progress.

Yes. Beyond container and BOL tracking, TruShipy supports live vessel tracking by MMSI number. Vessel data is sourced from AIS feeds and shows current position, heading, speed, and upcoming scheduled port calls. This is especially useful for monitoring feeder vessels and estimating transshipment windows.
